Please use a ruler and measure from heel to big toe. Add an additional 0,5 to 1 cm (0.25- 0.50 inches) for extra room to wiggle and grow. If you’re in between sizes, please size up.

You can wear them either with socks or without which doesn’t really matter cause it won’t color your socks.
